Absolutely love this book!
The things I absolutely loved about this book are that it all made perfect sense, it was so interesting, easy to understand and follow and, not only made me want to change my eating habits but MADE me change my eating habits. There was nothing I didn't like about it - hence the 5 star rating. I would recommend to anyone thinking about changing their diet but really, everyone deserves the chance to read it!

Works For Me
I don't crave unhealthy food after listening to this. I like that it is short for when I need a quick session. I do cycle between other weight loss versions to maximize the effect.
