Learning how to fast
Fasting is one of the things I did not understand at first. Although this audiobook best fits for my mom and sister, it can correctly give practical health advice on fasting. I learned that fasting can help heal the body and give the body time to clean when we drink water. I also learned that even doctors can tell us too fast if we will have our bodies examined or vaccinated. Fasting does help women lose weight and benefits women struggling with their weight. I like this audiobook, and I will keep it as a reference.

Surprisingly Helpful, Even for a Guy
I picked this up out of curiosity, even though it’s meant for women over 50, and I actually learned a lot. The explanations of intermittent fasting were super easy to follow, and the tips on metabolism and aging made a lot of sense. I can see how this would be really helpful for anyone struggling with weight or health changes.
Even though I’m not the target audience, I still found useful info, especially the meal ideas and fasting plans. It’s simple, practical, and encouraging—definitely worth checking out if you want to try intermittent fasting.
