Great Book on Intermittent Fasting
Proponents of intermittent fasting say that doing some form of fasting is actually good for the body, reducing inflammation, helping sleep cycles, promoting bone health, improving mental health, and much more. I was a skeptic until I tried it as a last resort to help with my arthritis. Amazingly enough, I lost 15 pounds, my memory is better and my body does not hurt like it used to. This book is an amazing guide for ladies over 50 looking to do intermittent fasting properly. From diet recommendations to appropriate fitness, you ladies will find this guide invaluable to acquiring a healthy lifestyle.

This book is really packed with great information. If you're interested in learning the ins and outs of intermittent fasting, this book has you covered. I like the break down of the book to make it easily "digestible." The 30 day meal plan at the end was a nice added bonus!
