Very informative.

Very effective

The audiobook has information on the history and science of fasting. It also has intermittent fasting methods (it goes into 16-8) and it explains how to use it to get better results from physical exercise and weight loss.

this is what I was looking for

I started a couple of days, I can't talk about weight loss. But I'm noticing that after my fasting hours, my belly is less swollen. For me it is difficult not to eat for so many hours, I was used to continuous snacks without letting my digestive system rest. I'm starting to feel better.
