Good series

Good book. Angus King always makes a book come alive.I enjoy the series,on to the next one

The book was outstanding

Fenchurch and Kay fight to find a killer one who has items way beyond her means. Who did it, many players come into play, Doughtery has gone ill and Mulholland is persuing for his job. The team must find the people killing, blackmailing people of interest all for fame and power. An explosive thriller that will blow your socks off

Wanted a Murder Mystery, Not a Political Commentary on US Government

Angus King does an amazing read. The basic story line is intriguing. Ed James didn’t need to use his book as a political platform. Nothing like this in the first 3 Fenchurch novels, so wasn’t expecting it here. I guess I was somewhat relevant to the story, but I hear another non-American having opinions on things they don’t really understand or know about.

i really enjoy the continuity of stories & characters from one book to the next

Only for those who are anti-American

I loved the first three books but as an American I was appalled by the stereotyping and the political premise of this one. Didn’t belong in the story. Categorizing beliefs as Nazi was unexpected and unfair, not to mention lacking in any understanding of US politics. Not sure whether to go forward with series.
