Fantastic Story

Another fantastic story by Peggy L Henders, showing that love is meant for everyone, even though we all have 'blemishes'. This was my 2nd time listening to this book, and I loved it even more the 2nd time around. Cody Roberts has a soothing, strong voice and tells a story like noone else can! I love the way the details of 'what happened before' slowly are revealed, so all the loose ends are tied up by the end of the book. Well done, Peggy!

Cade and Laura are two remarkably strong characters. Although they have both been put through hell by the same man, they both came away from their horrific experiences willing to love and be loved. I find that absolutely remarkable. I really enjoyed taking the journey with them as they found their Happily Ever After. I am anxiously waiting for the next book in the series. I am not sure how Peggy will outdo herself but I know that she will.

This is a moving story by an exceptional author set on a small ranch in Montana in the 1800s. It is about two scarred individuals and a little boy, brought together by chance, and becoming whole through strength born of overcoming adversity and of love.
The narrator brings the author's fantastic story to life with his sexy cowboy drawl and is always such a pleasure to hear.

I loved this story. love listening to it while I am driving & just around home relaxing.

Love this love story

Another great story by Peggy Henderson. I loved the characters in this story. Cade and Laura's stories pull at your heartstrings and make you wonder what two people have endured and the strength they find when they are together. I've read this story in print and had to listen to it as well on a road trip~ Narration was great, lacks nothing, isn't robotic or boring to listen to.

Excellent series

This is the second book in a great series. What I love is you can read as a stand alone or a the second book. Peggy is an excellent writer. She makes you feel as if you are a part of the story. I feel as if I am each and every person I read about and at the book comes too a close, I just want more. It it so refreshing to read a great book and feel great while reading and I have this book ebook but I really have enjoyed audible, it allows me the mobility to do things and listen to the story at the same time which is a win win for me. Love this and love all of Peggy Henderson's books.

Caught me from the first minutes!

Wonderful story line, steady pace . I love listening to Cody Roberts voice. He reads the story well. totally enjoyable book!

Action packed story!

Cade has his mind set on revenge against the man who caused him to be sent to prison for 4 years for a crime he did not commit. He was headed that way when he came upon a group of men who shot him.

Laura has suffered ridicule for injuries she suffered in a tragic accident a year ago. Now she is being harassed by a man who wants her land. She is stubbornly holding on to it and having to defend herself.

Both of these two have troubled pasts, will their pasts interfere with them being able to find happiness?

Once again, Peggy L. Henderson has outdone herself and written an excellent book. It has everything in it from action, drama, romance, fueding, and friendship. I recommend this book, and I also recommend this series to be read in order.

Healing Eachother

Both battling a sense of lack of self-worth and the hate for the same cruel man, come together. Fighting social injustice and misunderstandings become a loving family. Peggy Henderson does it again. I can't wait for her next book in this series.

Loved it.

Peggy wrote a great book as usual. Can't say enough about Cody and his narration.
