Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! good overall

Loved the story, narration could of been better.

I started reading this title, then purchased the audio. I loved the story so much but wished she chose a different narrator for the female narrator she was just not it.

“I’ll take whatever she gives me. Just… Need me like I need you. Let me in, Dandelion.”

Ahh I loved this book so much. I loved the meaning I’m behind her tattoo. And his nickname for her 🫠 My heart broke for Dillion and the loss that he faced. And I absolutely loved the fierceness in Serena. And her random facts were so dang funny. Every time Dillion spoke French to her I swooned so hard. This whole series was amazing. And each book just gets better and better. If you love sports romance the Waylon University is definitely the series for you. It’s phenomenal I couldn’t get enough of it.

Fantastic Book

Loved this book, I cried, laughed and swooned!! It was truly wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Pretty Good

The only negative thing I will say is that I wish authors would make the women just a bit more stronger in their stories. This one was actually pretty good. One of those stories where the lesson is you have to learn to move on from your past so that it doesn't interfere with the future you could have. Not all relationships or people are the same type of story, If you continuously reflect on the scars of the past you could be missing out on something good in your future. Serena encountered Dillion a few years prior with a kiss at a college bonfire, she basically disappeared and he happened upon her years later despite him looking for her for a few years (call it fate). She likes Dillon more that she wants to admit and tries to avoid a relationship because of a previous relationship. Basically it in a nutshell.

Started Strong!

When I first started listening to this story, I was excited about the banter, and where things were going. I started to think, “Yes! This is IMM at her best!”and I was hopeful that this would be as good as Dear Ava, unfortunately, the two main characters get together halfway through the story and the main allure and conflict ended for me. The second half of the book is more so about an involved couple, and the side characters in their lives with a dash of doubt about each other thrown in, or at least it is on the female main character’s part. It sort of follows the “found out I was a bet” troupe towards the end, but way after the characters already get together verses some other books. So that second conflict felt a bit anticlimactic as it was less anticipated as it lacked a little validity for me and had less build up, besides I was already deflated by the excitement of the characters getting together being over for me. I think this book could have been great if Ilsa had kept the sexual tension, conflict and the “will they, won’t they” aspect going for much more of the book.
