Helps with the grieving process.

The loss of an adult child is something that no parent should have to experience. You lose a bit of yourself when you bury your child. I would never wish this feeling or experience on anyone... yet it is a reality that some parents will lay their children to rest. You think you will be able to process the pain... but it's not something that can just be washed away. This book is well-written and addresses many of the feelings a grieving parent could experience. While there is no 100% solution, it could help. The narrator speaks slowly and calmly, allowing you to process the information. Well done. Thank you :)

Healing one day at a time

I found this audiobook when I needed it most. Dealing with any death is difficult, but your own child is something else. I have been to see counselors and such but I needed to do something myself. I found this amazing audiobook to be so easy to listen to; the author was really talking to me. The information is well organized, and I have listened to it a few times already. I highly recommend it.
