Buy this book! The book explains the psychology of worry and the subconscious reasons why a person worries, and the methods to prevent and manage worry that do and do not work. My worry has caused me to forego or quit several highly compensated professional career opportunities;The reason was worry about fear of failure (getting fired). The book is like having a therapist that specializes in chronic worry provide you a plan to help manage your chronic worrying. This is a book that I will read several times, highlight, take notes, and practice the recommended methods to prevent and manage worry.it works

If you or someone you love is suffering from panic attacks or severe anxiety that makes them anxious enough to get ill, GET THIS BOOK!! It is excellent!! Very informative from a medical standpoint. It is also very easy listening and will relieve the severity of symptoms as you read it. It offers so much help and hope. I can't say enough good things about it!

perfect book of anxiety
If you want to be a successful person, firstly, you have to overcome social anxiety. The great author clearly explains how to overcome social anxiety. Moreover, he introduces many ways to overcome it, such as: say yes to things that make you fell confident, be open to everyone, meditate, practice body language, etc. As for me, the harder is to say yes to things that make you fell uncomfortable. But the author explains that you have to teach to go out of your comfort zone, in such case you become more confident and it will help you to become successful. Also, it is important to surround yourself with high-quality sociable people
