Very good information

There is valuable information with exercises to complete. He also covers online dating and communication which is not easy to find.

Good teaching. Yet, discouraging.

The book tells you tips. Helpful as it is, it makes flirting seem like a chore. Almost discouraging as theres many things about women that make them appear overly complicated. Nonetheless this book can help you if lack the ability to flirt. Well worth the read vs the other choices on audible.

Good for dating as well as pickup

This book (got it in paperback and audible) helped me have "fun" with several girls and also, much to my surprise, end up dating a lovely girl. Wasn't really expecting that but its happening now and I am very happy and excited to see how it progresses. Maybe too much information lol, but just wanted to say thank you to the author!

Step by step guide

The fundamentals are here. Full of info needed but would rather have had a better speaker.

Basic 101 for a SHY GUY to get started.

It's definitely not going to make one a "player" however can help a regular guy in a social situation.
Some of the suggestions are absolute to the point.
1. One has to work on their image (looks/physique/body language/Dressing/Etiquette)
2. Confidence
3. Overcome their self-judging inner demons.
4. Rejection should be like a glass of water no big deal, however, from each rejection, there are things one can learn.
5. Practice makes it perfect.
6. It's a numbers game( no matter what the intentions/end goals are)

By far the best

This is by far the best advice I have ever ever been given in dating women, flirting, social skills, charisma and everything else.

sometimes arrogant sometimes just rude

first off, everybody's body is different so his diet is not necessarily for everyone and it's not for me. I did like the parts when it came to upgrading online dating site.
all in all I felt this book was pretty superficial toward dating
