This Leadership Audio programme is worth purchasing, Brian has really put together a lot of great stuff in this audio book. It would have been great if he let professional sound artists like Wayne Shepherd to record this material....overall this is a Great Buy

Regrettable

I regret buying this audiobook. About 20 years ago, I listed to audio tapes by Brian Tracy on the art of selling, and those were very good. I had high hopes this book would be great as well. I was mistaken. Mr. Tracy, while a brilliant salesman, is simply out of his element in this book. His ideas are banal, and what's worse, he repeats them endlessly! He throws around made up 80/20 rules without backing up any of his assertions. I was greatly disappointed. There are far better books on leadership, don't waste your time with this one.
