The plot thickens

I think the only thing that makes this a little confusing is the end but overall it’s pretty cool

Slow start. Speedy finish

I liked the narrator. I didn’t the speed of the story. It dragged in the beginning and accelerated quickly toward a conclusion.

Thriller not romance

This was an interesting novel. It kept me guessing and it was a good topic . The narrator did a great job. This has a sequel which I am sure I will read too

Slow at points but great for commute

I listened to this book back-and-forth on the way to and from work and it did a good job of helping to pass the time. The narrator is effective as well which was fortunate since it’s for narrator can really make a recorded book difficult to listen to. I did not want a mushy romance novel to read and it is good because this was not mushy

I enjoyed the story and performance. Only struggle was following when POV changed but that may be me more so than the story. I'd recommend the story.

Don’t trust reviews

I must say I read so many negative reviews on this book. I read worse reviews about the narrator. I must say of the hundred or more books I have purchased,this narrator was excellent. No she didn’t change her voice much for each character but by God she was awesome. I don’t get some people with their reviews. I guess you just have to go with a book that sounds good and go with it despite the reviews. This was a perfect 5star and and I’m very critical. I get bored especially with a 25 hour book but I sat there totally in to every minute. Great book can’t wait for next one in the series. Just enough romance and sex mixed with suspense. Awesome!!!!!!

Soooooo good

For me this book started a bit slow, but I’m so very glad I continued to listen. It was really really good!
