The story continues yet and their power grows!

Having listened to the first series by another narrator I got used to the spells and names being pronounced a certain way and it still bugs me sometimes that this narrator didn't coordinate with the other one, and that sometimes you can't differentiate between the different characters (particularly the female ones) but the story is amazing and although this anthology has more politics and intrigue - the fantasy of it all is held well and interestingly attaches and entrenches.

Better than book 1

If book 2 wasn't in Audible Plus, I would have never listened to it as book 1 was just okay. Book 2 brought you deeper into the universe of the "Fury of a Rising Dragon" universe. You also got a deeper look at the primary characters. It's not great, but it's a good solid read with some entertainment. The characters are developing well and the storyline is moving along. Overall, it's a bit on the kid's storybook side with good and bad easily defined and events moving to make sure you learn a lesson about how being good means you will succeed when you give it your all! This doesn't make it bad, just a little bit predictable. I'll look for book 3 to join Audible Plus or go on a $5 sale, but I'm of to other books for now.

Another great book in a fantastic series!

A thrilling book from beginning to end in the life of Augum Stone. I would recommend it to anyone. it is a book that anyone can relate to.

All of them. SO. DAMN. GOOD. I hope they’re turned into movies one day. I know this is more the ravings of a crazy person and not an actual review but seriously, just read them and you’ll understand.

The way he builds his characters is amazing and shows how determination and love are still an awesome and inspiring force to be respected and praised.I love this story and the performance brings it all to life I a truly magical way

Almost redeemed the first book

Finally got to see the trio in their element and the author shines in fast paced battle storytelling. Although the big mystery was kinda easy to figure out.

Excellent story

The fact that this is the second story line yet it still is so unbelievably enthralling is so impressive. If your looking for some amazing entertainment this is the book for you.

Original and multilayered

This storyline has me gripped. I wish they were a little older but they are written pretty maturely (considering how actual highschoolers are)
