I am very impressed

I would highly recommend this book to any history buff or anyone interested in the history of organized crime in America.

LOVABLE GUIDE

A very good brief introduction to cuban history. I'm going there in a few months time and it got me started on understanding Cuba.

A good quick History of Cuba

My only complaint about the book is the somewhat neutral stance that book takes on Guevara and Castro. Both executed many that opposed them. Guevara was especially ruthless. Not a good person by any stretch.

Simple and captivating Cuba!

I've been to Cuba and it is really a great place to visit. This is a great audio book to know more about the place's history. Very historical indeed and I think not many knows about this. Worth sharing!

This is good book which I highly recommend

A Captivating gives the listner an insight as to why the Cuban Revolution led by Fidel Castro, et al came about and is an informative example of the American cancer of greed and the influence of money and power over people and governments. The evil and corrupt Batista regime being yet again another instance of the historical US willingness to openly support such despots and tyrants purely for self-interest. This is good book which I highly recommend.

Very well explained

It profiles key people along the way like Castro, Guevara and Marti, and is spiced up with timely quotes. I learned a lot from this book and found the reading interesting from start to finish.
