This audiobook offers invaluable insights for me, from simplifying route planning to suggestions on fitness to packing essentials to adhering to Leave No Trace principles; it covers all bases. I started hiking for the peace being in nature brings, so having this reference to take the stress out of hiking in places like Yosemite has been wonderful.
