Publisher's summary

Imagine you had the ability to force your will onto others. Now imagine that those very same powers forced your parents to disown you when you were a young teen.

This is Ryan's reality. He wanders the streets day in and out, wondering what he'd done to be so unlucky.

On a cold, winter's day, he is confronted by a federal agent, intent on arresting him. Ryan has no intention of going quietly, and knows just how to make his escape. Unfortunately for him, the agent is one step ahead.
