Hey You,
You know those things that you know to do that will help you to live your life more intentional, more stable, and more well? I know a lot of them too, but sometimes, I don’t hold onto them as easily as I should. Days of living without perspective compile until I’m down the road, looking at the person that I am, wondering how I got so far from who I wanted to be.
So I needed to jot down a few reminders.

In this book, I’ll wrap an arm around you and walk with you through some of the things I wished I had been more mindful of during different seasons of my life. This book is set up for daily listening, and is designed to be a guide, coaching you through different moments of hesitation, anxiety, discouragement, and the insecurities that often come with just wanting to do and be well.

So many words of wisdom
I like to listen to this as I get ready for the day. It is broken up into daily sections, which makes it easy to read through it in a month. I enjoy the daily encouragement and chapters that make me think about how I am living my life. I would definitely recommend it!
