Very inspiring audiobook

If you are like me want to have mo Mindfulness practices in your life - this is a must have book for you. This book will help you to stay present and enjoy your life, get rid of distraction both from your surroundings and from your thoughts. I enjoyed exercises and I liked narrator.

Outstanding - Truly life changing!

I had been in a bad place mentally for a few months and decided to pick up a few audiobooks to break the funk. Luckily I stumbled upon Here and Now and it was by far the most impactful audiobook to help me climb out of the hole I had been in. My favorite parts of the book were meditation training, self-compassion, and living in the present. I could not fathom where I would be without this audiobook. It changed my life, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this if you are trying to overcome a life mood and just cant seem to break out of it. Easily 5 stars!!

Excellent read!

In today's busy world it is difficult to live in the present and focus on what's truly important. The breathing exercises are easy to follow and teach you to focus on your breath. This is a great book for anyone wanting to reduce stress and rebalance their life. Highly recommend!

A must-have for mindfulness practice

I read the paperback and the concepts, techniques, and breath work exercises come across even better when read aloud. The book is well-written, and the audiobook is impeccably narrated. This is the perfect mindfulness gift for beginners.

Great guide to mindfulness!

Really helpful and much needed guide to practicing mindfulness. Taking the time to take care of my mental health every day by listening to this audiobook. Really enjoyed the mindfulness and breathing exercises. Highly recommend!
