It’s not that bad

The virtual AI voice is flat and emotionless but if you speed it up to 1.2, it’s better. There are some weird glitches, but that’s just to be expected when you don’t have a real person reading and interpreting the words.
The story has an interesting premise, and the steamy scenes are written better than most of the books I’ve had to pay for, so I can’t complain.
If you accept it for what it is and consider it’s a free book, there’s really not a whole lot to nag about.

Great story line, but the FLAT affect of the voice really let's one down.
If you could take the time to find someone real or better yet one male and one female. This would be a great story.

Ruined with the AI crap

I am An avid audible listener do to busy schedule and I will be hitting my kindle for anything with AI. It ruins everything. It makes what could be a great book not even worth it and I think the authors should really are this before it affects their ratings. Cutting corners with this is a bad move

Waste of time

The story might have been salvageable if it weren’t for the AI voice. It is was a horrible experience. Thankful it was included in membership because I didn’t even finish book and definitely won’t finish the series either. Picture a computer reading a heated scene with the most monotone voice ever! Live narrators are the best solution until you can teach an AI to express emotions like a human would while reading. Save you time, unless you are interested in how a cyborg goes through life.

not a fan

I really love monster romance and reverse harness but this story was really frustrating. the main character let everyone around her control her and beat her up steal her magic and basically did nothing about it, she kind of tried to run away when it looked like they were actually going to kill her but it wasn't very hard. then the monsters come and she's like letting one of them treat her like crap because he's suspicious of her intention, because they're strangers, but wait. they've known her since she was 10 and have a mind link where they read her mind every second of the day.... super sus. right. then she acts like an Omega in heat every time she sees them or even thinks about them, but this isn't an Omega alpha fic. so. then they do things to make her feel like crap and then have sex with her and she just forgets about all the mean. then the story just skips huge chunks between chapters. she's like, I'm going to have to find a way to do this huge thing or get this group to help me out whatever... end chapter. next chapter, it's like, wooh, that was hard but it's done what's next. like, the hell. and I'm still confused on the age of her brother. he's old enough to control her, her big sister, their entire coven and more but then she said he was born after her and her father only had a few years with him before he died. she's only 20, so if he like 15 or what. I don't get it. and if her parents were so great and did all this family stuff and we're a power couple how was this boy born with this evil step mom if the parents died together? freaking confusing.
