Please! A female voice for a lesbian story!

I loved this story a little predictable but still, a really great story! There were 2 things I really dislikedabout the story, the first is the fact that it is read in virtual voice, the second is that the virtual voice is MALE! The story is about two women in love! Why the devil is there a male voice as the narrator? Come on now, get with the program and whoever selected the voice should read the book. I would pay for this story again if it was redone with a female HUMAN narrator. I have several virtual voice stories and don't really have a problem, usually, with virtual voice but in this instance I do! Please do this over with, if not a human voice then at least a female virtual voice.

This book was intense right out the gates! Mac and Becca meet at an unfortunate time, but some things can't be helped. Their connection, their passion... it was undeniable. However, there was so much more to the story than just a simple romance. Very suspenseful and thrilling.

With that being said, there are some ***Trigger Warnings - violence, discussion of past rape, attempted SA, etc. The story was good, but some sensitive material throughout.

Also, not a fan of virtual voice. It was a male voice which is fine, except this was a sapphic book. No emotion, very monotone, and mispronounced words at times.

I hate the robotic way the story is read! it almost ruins the whole story bc there isn't any feelings in the way its read

WTF! I was just supposed to be a lesbian romance and it's a male IA voice reading it! I could not even get into it because of that reason.

WTF so many triggers

First it’s read by AI. Not just any AI but a male voice for a sapphic book. I swear this book was wrote by a 15 year old boy. It makes light of rape which is not ok. It refers to dild*s as male anatomy. The cop takes advantage of a women who just lost her husband of 20 years and doesn’t seem to care that she is a pregnant grieving widow. I cant even finish the book.

Maybe it’s the AI making this story sound like it’s making light of things.


I checked the authors other works and she’s a straight smut writer so it makes a little more sense that she doesn’t know as much about sapphic sex.
