A little bit glorification

A little bit glorification, Sonny's own views of how everything went down. I think you should read it with a pinch of salt.

Interesting account.

Like any s of written memoir, this book is just one angle. One opinion. Mr. Barger is certainly an interesting person. He seems to downplay his criminal activities, which is understandable. A good listen. Great education in the Hells Angels.

American Legend

A great read on a legendary character & organization of American history. Sonny's words give a great sense of history, culture, and the camaraderie of the HAMC world, as well as his personal life. Long live Sonny Barger and the Hells Angels MC.

i’m a woman and i love riding motorcycles. sonny’s story was very inspiring. gave me so much insight into it the club and his life.

First things first, MUCH LOVE & RESPECT to the Club and our “Chief”.
Sonny is the one who made the club what it is today. The “Chief” gives you an insight from his point of view. From the beginning as a young man to the Army and the journey to becoming the iconic figure he is today. Love him ,hate him, or whatever u may think about him or the club, nothing will ever change the fact Sonny Barger is and will always be a Legend. Fascinating view into the life of outlaw gang

Probably not, but that's not because it wasn't a good book. I just don't like to listen/read things multiple times.

What other book might you compare Hell's Angel to and why?

Enforcer, or Under and Alone.

exactly what you want in a biker-biography. you get to see into their souls...a little. im sure its like...an iceberg. we really only get the little bit poking out and if thats true and im sure it is, then i can respect that and be grateful for what WAS shared. gotta keep tbe mystery and lure alive. love ya sonny... and thanks!
