A hopeful new start
Affirmations are the best resource when dealing with traumatic or stressful emotions. Divorce is a painful topic and one that needs all the postivity it can get. If you let emotions control you it can ruin your life. So it is nice to see postive support for people going through tough times , such as divorce.
