A Holistic joy to listen to
Yvonne Cash gives the ins and outs of how to cultivate an alive and flourishing herbal garden to be used for a holistic wellness journey. As someone who is interested in organic food and, more recently, how to eliminate inflammation in foods and products, I have taken a great interest in using natural herbs to help symptoms and bring about health. Amazing resource
I've struggled with different weight loss plans and nothing seemed to stick. This book is easy to listen to and I was able to take notes along the way.
