This is a perfect little book
This is a perfect little book!! I heard about in yoga class and wanted to learn more. This book offers an excellent overview of all the , imbalance / blockage symptoms, and yoga poses, crystals and essential oil remedies. I am learning so much, and slowly healing myself from a tendency to overwork (solar plexus and clam up and a few other physical ailments. I feel inspired by this high vibe guide and glad to know a bit more to illuminate my beloved yoga practice. It's the kind of book that you can skim and glean tons of useful info, or really delve in and practice all the suggested remedies. Thanks very much April for a fantastic book!

I'd highly recommend this as an essential guide for any healing library. Not only is it easy to read cover-to-cover, but it's presented in a way that makes quick reference easy too. If you're interested in learning more about the system, how to best support its highest alignment, and what tools will be most helpful in doing so,Balance is a wonderful introduction that will lead you well on your way :)
