I particularly applied the counsel on letting go of resentment.
Showing forgiveness to a couple of people who harmed me and letting go of the past has allowed me to move on.

positive thinking is so important
Positive thinking is so important that it could affect our daily lives in big and small things. I used to think so negatively about a lot things, and not realizing that it's been affecting my overall energy level, the general way of doing things, communicating with people and a lot other areas. After reading this book, it gave me a framework to understand it, and recognize my strength and use them to my advantage, to achieve my goals. So that it turns around to bring me more positive mindset, so you see that's making things better and better.
