Publisher's summary
Harris "The Grinder" Daws is a notorious bad boy.
On the ice, he grinds down his opponents.
Just as surely as he grinds down untold numbers of women in bed.
A total player.
The kind of man I’ve always tried to avoid.
And yet, there’s something about him.
That stirs feelings of desire deep within me.
I’ve worked so hard to get where I am.
But I’ve played it safe for so long.
Do I dare risk it all.
For a night of passion with a beast?

Story
Eight years ago I fell into a secret summer fling with my best friend’s little sister before our lives went in different directions. Now, I’m the grumpy to Juliet’s sunshine on a popular dating podcast we host, and when a wealthy fan gives us a charming coastal cottage as the biggest thank you ever, we head to the town where I grew up to give it a makeover. And find the house has only one bed. Located under a mirrored ceiling.

Narration needs a lot of work
It was difficult to follow because it was done all in the same voice. I didn't know who was talking. And the pause between chapters was annoying.
a new narration would be such an improvement

Good Sports Romance
I enjoyed this story and it kept me interested.
She fought hard to make it in the sports world. He is a player betting on his love life.
What happens if she finds out that she's the bet?
The story was well written.
I struggled with the narration. Diego did well, I liked listening to him. I just hated the background noises. Hearing pounding in the background of a book while your working in an empty building will freak you out every time.

Needs better editing
The storyline was good but I found the performance lacking. The editing and production were terrible, there were many instances where sentences were re-read which was very distracting.

narrator needs to do his edits
several times the narrator corrected himself but the edits weren't done so he repeats himself alot. also, it would have been better as a duet.

Big waste
I have three things to advise. 1. Don’t waste your time. 3. Don’t waste your money and 4. Whatever you do don’t waste a credit on this audiobook.
