Exceeded My Expectations

Down to earth practical advice from Theresa that I found very helpful! The anecdotes were very heartwarming, and I especially liked the section on mourning life stages as we advance in age.
Hearing others trials and tribulations made me feel especially grateful for my own life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. I always do audio books. Hearing Theresa’s voice throughout the entire book made it more enjoyable. I grew up on Long Island myself, so listening to Theresa makes me remember my roots. Cheers on a well done job!

Lost Soul

It's been almost 5 years since I got separated from my ex husband of 29 years, I've struggling since then and I just started therapy like 2 months ago and 1 month into my therapy I upon this amazing book it has helped me a lot and I've learned a lot from it as well I have listened to it around 4 or 5 times already specially when I'm feeling down or something when or is going wrong in my life I've lost a lot in my life that I didn't cooped with and I know it's going to take me some time but with this book and what I have learned from it I know I'll get better. Thank you Teresa for your amazing gift.

Audio comfort

My mother passed away 3 yrs ago...it has been my biggest heart break and loss. However I didn't know just how complex and mini day to day losses I am experiencing that contribute and make my grief unbearable. This was like a warm hug from spirit that acknowledged my pain and made me feel seen. We needed this as thee rest of society at time's fails to understand just how profound grief is, thank you Theresa.
