Ending too soon

I enjoyed this book so much but - I really hoped that the author wouldn’t end before
Garret bought a cabin & his son redid it with Sam as the decorator. Maybe the next book . I’m hoping she’ll go into life after rehab .

Great plot and dealing with some real to us situations.

Loved the book. I Loved the fact a real person narrated it. I'm not a fan of virtual narrations. Thank you.

Emotional suspense

This is my favorite of the series so far. This may be because it hits home with me in a personal way.

I loved the storyline and once again was able to get to know yet another character in an in depth way.

The author did a great job portraying real life problems (and solutions) of addiction and the family dynamics that go along with it.

Another great listen from a talented author. I’m looking forward to the next in the series.

A great suspense novel

So much going on with deception, betrayal, and redemption.
Dealing with so many different real life issues and innocence gained and lost. A romance that I hope to see a glimmer of how it turns out in the next book.

Another Great Read

I’m a huge fan of book series. This story was intense and exciting but full of faith and love.

This is not a christian novel

Profanity was unexpected. I thought this was a christian author. I could not finish the book.

Gripping story, but bad language

The story is very gripping and I appreciate the underlying good strong family values, but it is very surprising that a Christian author would use such bad language. Yes I realize that many households talk this way without batting an eye but usually a Christian author will spare the reader the actual words used. After listening to 2 books and realizing that the 2nd book was worse than the 1st I will not bother purchasing the 3rd book.

Too long and drawn out

Might have liked it better if the narrator wasn’t so whiny and dramatic. Too repetitive on details.
