Great new ideas

Although I have been gardening for years, I learned some fun new ideas to help get my grandchildren engaged to learn while having fun. I never thought to have themed garden. What a fun simple twist to engage littles and fun for me too! This book is loaded with great information and creative ideas.

A fantastic book for all the mothers out there looking for a fun activity for their children to do when they have free time. This book is excellent for learning about gardening in general, how to start your first garden, how to prepare your soil, what tools and supplies are needed for gardening, etc. This book, which is narrated in an oh-so-beautiful voice, is a how-to manual for planting.

Great addition!!!

I’m new to gardening and as I’m learning I’m teaching my kids too; it’s so satisfying when we were eating a bell pepper we grew together. I grew that he said, the satisfaction behind that was so satisfying. I loved everything right from the tool’s advice to the quick tips that can ensure safety of children in the garden. I liked how recycling was including in this book, including vintage esthetic, art in the garden to give more vibrance.

I am so proud of the information in this book and the fact that it is encouraging kids to take part in the growing of their own food. This book breaks down gardening step by step, it is easy to understand and it is full of cool creative gardening project ideas!! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start gardening even if you’re not a kid

Engaging & grounding for kiddos

As a child I abhorred gardening as it felt tedious and boring, not to mention most of the jobs I was given were awful ones such as weeding. This is a wonderful book for kids to listen to, as it addresses them directly. It turns gardening into a game, one from which we can gain results. It makes children feel like they are being responsible and doing something adult-like and allows for them to build a sense of purpose. An absolutely wonderful find!

Get the kids outside

While I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with movies and tablet games, I think anything to cut back on screen time and get kids outside is a great idea. And this is something the whole family can enjoy and reap the rewards of. I like how it’s broken down with different themes you can go with too. Very useful information and well executed.

Great book! The kids are ready to garden. Step by step instructions and easy to understand. Would recommend!
