Great Plan

I have listened to the book and done the daily 27 exercises multiple times, and have loved it. I enjoy the extra options for diet and sleep regimen. There is lots of great information here that has been successful for him and his athletes/clients for decades.

Success Leaves Clues

If you read a lot of performance and nutrition books, it’s easy to become jaded and think “it’s all the same” after awhile. This book came recommended through one of the newsletters I read and decided to take a chance. I wasn’t dissapointed! There were some great tweaks to practices I was already implementing, and some new ones I’m very eager to try out.

Not only has the author worked with Lebron James, but he apprenticed under Michael Jordan’s trainer. I’m not a huge basketball fan, but these are legendary athletes! How can you not be curious to see what the author knows?! How can you not find something new?!

Definitely worth the price of admission! Thanks!!

Should not have been an audio book

This is not the type of book authored for an audio version. it is practically an exercise book. To complete any stretch, pose or physical activity one should have diagrams to go along with the words. I'm a huge LeBron fan and was expecting something along the lines of Tim Grover's Relentless. This book doesn't give any insight into LeBron's drive or mental approach to athletes. There's a reason it has so view audible reviews. I'd stay away.
