I got this audiobook for my granddaughter, and it's been incredibly helpful. She’s at that age where friendships can feel complicated, and this gave her real, relatable tools to handle tricky situations—especially around social media and peer pressure. She liked that it didn’t talk down to her and offered practical advice she could actually use. I listened to a few chapters with her and was impressed by how thoughtfully it was presented. A great resource for girls and the adults who care about them.

Middle school drama hit hard in our house. It felt like handing my daughter a flashlight for the emotional maze of growing up. The advice on friendships, boundaries, and social media wasn’t fluffy or outdated. It was honest, warm, and actually helpful. This actually sparked real conversations we’d never had before. A smart, empowering listen for any tween girl and grown-ups too.

I listened to this because I wanted to better support my niece, and I’m glad I did. It covers the stuff girls actually deal with—friend drama, online pressure, setting boundaries—all in a way that feels honest and current. It’s not preachy or outdated, which makes a big difference. If you’ve got a tween in your life, this is worth checking out to help her feel more prepared.

I remember being a tween and the awkwardness that comes with it. This book is great for helping girls build their self-confidence and learn skills that will assist them in challenges they face at home, school, or online. The narrator's tone is calm and easy to follow, which makes this approachable to girls. I highly recommend this to anyone who has or knows someone of this age range. It would also make a great gift!

This audiobook was exactly what my daughter needed. It helped her understand how to be a better friend, stand up for herself, and use social media in a more positive way. She’s been more confident and thoughtful since listening to it, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how she handles peer pressure.

This book was really accessible, and explains some of the complexities of the tween years in a friendly way. It's for girls, but a lot of it maybe could be useful for all kids. We thought the chapters on conflict and resolution and digital friendships (because that's truly the first way they seem to make friends now) were helpful. I appreciated that the message wasn't just about you being left out, but you being actively part of how to not leave others out. So much of the self-development content we see these days seems exclusively about how everyone else makes us feel, and miss the critical piece that how we treat others also makes a difference. This is a great resource for tweens and families about to navigate friendships in these tricky years!

My 11 year old and I listened to this together, and it opened up so many great conversations. It’s relatable, easy to understand, and really helps girls navigate the tricky parts of growing up especially friendships and social media. She’s already using some of the tips at school and feels more confident. Honestly, I wish I had this when I was her age. Highly recommend for any tween girl and her parents too.

I got this audiobook for my sister’s daughter, who’s been having a tough time with friendships and social media lately, and it’s been such a helpful resource. It covers everything from making friends and handling conflict to dealing with peer pressure and understanding social media. What I really love is how it speaks directly to tween girls in a supportive, non-judgmental way. It doesn’t sugarcoat the challenges, but it offers real tools and advice that are easy to understand and apply. My niece said it made her feel less alone, and even my sister found it reassuring to listen along. It’s not a quick fix, but it gives girls the confidence and emotional skills they need to grow healthy, positive relationships.
