Very Informative!

I enjoyed listening to all the chapters of this audiobook. It emphasis on customized solutions is among its best features. Great for insomnia sufferers

There are so many tips in this book to help you get a better night's sleep. I loved the section on getting a better understanding of sleep science. This book is very engaging as well so you won't lose focus. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful!

This book was a very enjoyable listen, equally engaging and informative. I used to struggle with insomnia and had from a very young age. This book covers everything you need to know about insomnia in itself (concluding types of insomnia, which I found thoroughly interesting!), and dives into the various methods of improving quality of sleep. I was surprised to see that this work only offers three chapters, but they do cover all the necessary info and advice!

I needed this!

I have been gathering information from the internet about better ways to get more sleep, but this was everything all in one place. What a great resource. I learned a ton, and I'm sure it's going to radically help me. And the narrator is excellent. This is def worth a download!
