Common sense and easy diet
Thank you for putting this on Audible. Actually, a common sense and healthy diet is quite simple. Turmeric is an ancient remedy. Also, back when the Black Plague spread across Europe, a small village of people living among this horrible disease consumed lemon daily and none of them caught the infection.

Not a full-length audiobook
This audiobook was too short to actually be considered an audiobook. It is more like a booklet or research paper - it is only 53 minutes long.
Some of the information was helpful, some of it seemed redundant.
I am not sure the information regarding consumption of soy products is correct, as other sources report the opposite.
