Entertaining
This audio is very witty, funny, and entertaining. I laughed out loud many times. So as an entertaining listen, this gets 5 stars. However, I found all of the humor to be distracting from the principles. There were very few actionable steps I felt or suggestions for implementing the principles. So if you're looking for entertainment with a hint of happiness help, you've found it.
