Using creative breaks effectively
I loved how this book talks about using the right side of the brain and taking creative breaks to become more productive. I would have never thought about this myself, but I find that it is one of the things that works best when I start to feel too stressed with work.

Get laser focused

Get in the zone quicker
The ‘flow state’ as it is known is the elusive state when you just kind of get lost in your work and are hyper productive. This is not possible to achieve 100 percent of the time, but if you create habits that help you get close, you will achieve this state more often. Great techniques in this book. Recommended.

Start getting your circadian rhythms in order
One of the things I struggle with is getting to bed every day at the same time. However, if you are a night owl you can really benefit by tweaking your schedule to get more daylight in. You will be surprised at how well this works, at least I was!
