Who says you can't just walk up to the beach and bring a little sunshine back with you? Well Dane finds a way. He meets the one on a beach in the middle of the day. Then she finds him again when she's help with her home. Will she accept his help at his price?

Sunshine and Her Alpha Millionaire
Summer is playing volleyball on the beach when Dane first sees her. Unknowingly Dane bought the building Summer and her mother live in. Dane was planning on tearing down Summer's apartment building to build a condo. Summer and her mother are already struggling. Summer shows up at Dane's office with a petition to keep her apartment building. Dane makes Summer a offer she can't refuse and that will save everyone in her building. Summer must live with Dane for 30 days. No loopholes. Dane is OTT, rich, and jealous just to name a few. Things don't work out the way either of them plan. Summer does change Dane I feel like. The chemistry is there but it's not as hot as some of the other books I've read by Emma Bray. It is a good quick read or listen.

So excited, another book by Emma and also an audiobook! I get to read my copy alongside a professional narrator! Again the chemistry between this couple is amazing! I'm not sure Lee knows how to write a great story.
Love is always the answer...
I always enjoy Emma stories and this one is no! Again it is so cool to be able to hear a voice alongside with my reading. I love the story, once again we get a high quality story with happiness and love. I love a safe ride and Emma always delivers! Apologies to Emma, this wouldn't post.

Summer lives with her mom and a new developer wants to demolish their home. Dane is this estate developer, but his focus changes as soon as he meets Summer. Instalove,sweet, short, steamy , romantic and safe with a sweet HEA. A nice short audiobook for a few hours at home 😉
