One of those you absolutely need
Flipping the switch is a companion book to the QBQ book by John G. Miller. it reiterates the thoughts you need to ingrain into your brain in order to be effective in your career.
there have been many books that sound the same but they are not. John addresses some hard concepts that absolutely change how you work with your colleagues.
I also love that all of his books are an easy read, not hard to get through. just don't rush it, take the time to really absorb the teaching.

Easygoing
Easy listening as expected, but not quite as good as QBQ. A lot of repeat from QBQ, which would have been fine, but I was hoping for some more new information.

Even more of a MUST READ!!!!!
This book is amazing, I had my team read QBQ and FLIPPING THE SWITCH, they all look at everything different and take accountability for themselves. No excuses anymore just pure accountability.

Fantastic continuation of QBQ
Great way to put QBQ into action! As I listened, I thought about people I know that should listen to this. No, really, I did see myself in some of the examples given, and I know I can act/do much better.

Amazing Book with Thoughtful Life Changing Ideas!
READ THIS BOOK- This book will change how you "handle" life's ups and downs because it changes your underlying attitude and outlook toward any situation.
By asking the "correct" questions your entire perspective can change, which will affect not only your attitude and response, but also the people that are around you. It will build comradery and trust within a workplace as well as at home once you start to change the way you view situations and opportunities.
