Wanted More!

A very helpful audiobook for managing first trimester stress and anxiety. The guided meditations are well-crafted and the affirmations are very encouraging. Juliet Rose’s voice is gentle and comforting, which makes the listening experience very pleasant. I just wish there were a few more tracks. Still, a valuable tool.
