The attraction is instant, the friendship not far behind, but between Holden’s initial relationship status, family complications, and the two of them wanting different things, they’re a disaster waiting to happen…only it doesn’t feel that way, not with how much time they spend talking, laughing, and eventually, tumbling into bed, a field, or the back of a truck together. The closer they get, the more Holden realizes that just being fine isn’t enough, and Roe begins to see that his life isn’t as complete as he thought. Now, if they could only sort out the rest of it....

Another great!
Ill start but saying how much I absolutely love kale Williams as narrator. He is one of favorites. I jumped to get this book here cause I absolutely loved the Havenwood series!!! And he was the narrator for all of them!! My favorite was Hard Knox omg the best book ever!! Such a great book and griffins place was second favorite those are forever on my repeat list!!! That being said in those 2 books I felt the chemistry and love btween the MCs so well! This book was cute and you get that they fall for each other and fall with them!! I don’t think this is one of my favs but still sweet and lovely!

Settle back and enjoy
Sometimes it’s better to just settle back and enjoy the warmth of a story, without letting details of a literary device get in a guy’s way. Besides, there are plenty of roads people can take, and sometimes a guy might give in when a woman tells him that she wants his baby or wants his child. The warmth of the story overcame that for me, anyway.

Finding Home
I loved seeing these two kind and loving men find a way to love each other. The start out without a plan in mind but we get to see their relationship develop through the story. This is the first book in the series and the author does a good job introducing us to the community. I listened to audio recording and it was very well done.

Absolutely amazing
First time listening to Kale Williams narrating and they did an amazing job of this one.
Story is one of my favourites from Riley Hart, with all the good feels. Loved every second!

Enjoyed this story a lot.
I’m usually not a big fan of internal turmoil dialog but Kale did a good job of narrating. Holden and Ro were a cute couple.

Great story for our times.
I found the sex a bit too explicit for my taste, so I FFd thru those parts. I did love the story tho. Today's world needs more inclusive narratives of all types.
