it should bind longer to tell if they started there family and would they have any other changes to their love story

Dr.London did not play behind his chocolate. I loved how he spoke life into her and made her feel loved. That father...really!! this was a good listen and of course the narration was on point... off to book 2!!!❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

The whole arranged marriage thing really blows me!! But London was truly a bodyguard! Love the whole take on self care healing and freedom.

The story line was chef’s kiss!

I loved and ate this entire book down in one day! The character build up was good and the MMC and FMC voices made this book come alive! I especially enjoyed chapter 15 when London was playing with Kassus and how he was typing Monroe the entire conversation. lol 10/10

A Saving Grace for Monroe

This was my first audiobook by the author A Blossom. I was familiar with the narrators Ebony and Midnite Michael. They were great. The storyline was decent, giving some insight into marriages that are arranged by empires (so to speak). What a life to have your mate chosen for you, and while they may appear great on the outside - it is not the same behind closed doors. The husband chosen for Monroe might had been a good looking man, but he treated her so bad. The only good thing he did was connecting her with her plastic surgeon. He wanted her to be the perfect woman on his arm. She was too “fat” to his liking, but he knew upon her father’s death he would be in charge. Unfortunately, for him, it didn’t end to well. From the start, London kept his word when Monroe wanted out of the arrangement. They thought they could keep it strictly business, but of course the attraction was evident and to be fulfilled. On to book 2!

Yeah, this is the one.

I wholeheartedly enjoyed this book from beginning to end and the twists and turns were not expected at all. I love the romance, the raw, the real, the affirmations, the acceptance, this book just tackled a lot of things that were necessary. On to part 2! Lol

The reviews almost turned me away, but I'm glad I stayed. It was definitely a short story that could have used additional context and development but was an interesting quick read. It was almost a fairytale how London came to Monroes rescue!!
