About this listen
Alien slavers took me off the street as I was walking my dog. I cried like a baby when I realized I would never see him again.
Other aliens rescued us before we were sold at auction. Our hopes of going home were dashed when we learned no one knew how to find Earth. On a ship tour, I met Lieutenant Commander Pyrron Advantu, who told me he was mine as he shook my hand.
It happened so fast, but he was gorgeous, and our attraction was strong. My simple life had turned to chaos. It wasn’t love at first sight, but I wanted him.
Pyrr
Scarlet is my soulmate, and I wouldn’t deny her even if I could. She chose to stay even as we were going on a dangerous mission. Scarlet was a former military on her world. Like us, she had lost all she held dear when abducted. She wanted to help and to stay with me. We chose to share whatever time we had now rather than risk never seeing each other again.

Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Story
It’s 1984, and life has changed beyond recognition. Airstrip One, formerly known as Great Britain, is a place where Big Brother is always watching, and nobody can hide. Except, perhaps, for Winston Smith. Whilst working at the Ministry of Truth, rewriting history, he secretly dreams of freedom. And in a world where love and sex are forbidden, where it’s hard to distinguish between friend and foe, he meets Julia and O’Brien and vows to rebel.

Story
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he’s alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. But Mark isn't ready to give up yet.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Story
In the not-too-distant future, a 21-member crew launches from Earth. Their mission: to establish a temporary colony on Mars. Little do they know that colony will become permanent–and the last stand of the human race. Because, without warning, every single person left on Earth simply...vanishes. Now, a thousand years later, the resources needed to sustain life are running out, and the very existence of the Mars colony is threatened. Humankind has only one option–to return to its home planet.

Story
Love doesn’t always come when it’s convenient. Harper I remember taking the garbage to the curb at my home on Earth, then nothing. I woke up strapped to a bunk in a room filled with females strapped to bunks. Some were clearly not human. Soon after I woke, a fish-faced alien entered to tell us we were now slaves of the Sargan Empire. We were about to be sold when the auction house was attacked. Everything got quiet, and in walks “Ironman.” Only, he is Commander Zared Maktu. Soon as the helmet came off, his gaze riveted on me. I knew he was mine, and he looked as stunned as I felt. ...

Then the force-field between us dies. So now it’s just me and Grr. Sure, he’s beat up and pissed off with claws and fangs (I kind of like the fangs). And he growls a lot. Anyone would in our situation. But hey, if you’re going to escape an alien prison ship and get chased across a planet where half the creatures you meet try to eat you, it’s good to have seven-feet of Grr at your ...
