About this listen

You've done nothing wrong. So why have they thrown you in prison? No phone call. No lawyer. Just these words: "National Security."

Is it a massive mistake?

Or is it something much, much worse?

Fallout is the latest number one best-seller in the runaway international hit Sam Jameson series from conspiracy master Lars Emmerich. It is book three in the Incident Trilogy.

Sam finds herself at the mercy of a ruthless and relentless conspiracy that strikes at the heart of the American way of life. They have every advantage: Surveillance everywhere. The world's most powerful police force. International reinforcements. Limitless resources.

Can she beat the odds, save herself, and dismantle an existential threat to liberty and freedom?

Just didn’t fit my style

From the initial opening to the ending episode this book seemed very unauthentic and compared to other spy thriller was not very thrilling. The author’s style of using aside comments meant to be humorous helped remove the authenticity and the insensitive prolific killing done by the protagonist seemed out of place(unless she was a sociopath). Good basic plot but just not my style!

Awesome story

Great characters coupled with dynamic situations equals compelling plot u get this great story. I am actually late to this series, but eager to catch up. Sam was funny and skilled, but not over the time like some recent reads I’ve bumped into. Through in a little fact and fiction about surveillance in US and you’ve got a hard to put down thriller.

The book is fine but

The issue is with readers who cannot properly pronounce common words, example: the narrator pronounced the word adage as “adauje”, which is completely distracting. There are several other instances with other words as well.
