Frustrating!
Don't get me wrong, I love twists like the next person, but not when they leave more questions unanswered. I was a bit frustrated by the book to say the least. but I guess that got me to the end.

Read Payback First!
This is a great story, and it does stand on its own, but it is so much better if you read book one Payback first. I listened to the two audiobooks back to back and it was a better experience than I had the first time reading the books a couple years apart. I always loved Payback and thought this was a good sequel but now I have to change my mind and say if you listen to them back to back Fair Game is a great sequel.

Great sequel
Interesting plot and a great sequel. I loved the intrigue and the plot twists. Both books in the series are great reads.

Loved
I liked this one as much as the first one. Great characters and excellent plot, with lots of twists and turns. Miss Mills is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The narrator really good as well.

Hope to hear more from Helen and Lexi!
A fun sequel to Payback. I would listen to an endless series of Helen and Lexi exploits, so I hope there are more in the future. They are great characters.

I’m in love with this series. It’s exactly the kind of book I like. Suspenseful, not over the top, wlw themed, great writing, good characters, good narration. Please, keep them coming!

Give it a chance
I enjoyed the story overall. I like the accent of the narrator. most of the books I've read /listened to had narrators that have a US accent. This was a nice change. The character development was good. I like the "essence of being" for both the female lead roles. And I hated the villains. So that means that the characters are well-developed overall. I wasn't expecting the twist closer to the end of the book.
