I have had similar encounters over the last 50 years but did not know how to maintain the level and intensity of the encounters. Nor was "The Church" forthcoming with any practical teaching on these experiences and the fact that these are a normal part of the Believers walk as a Kingdom Dweller. Believers at this level of intensity are ignored, marginalized or thought of as strange because "The Church" isn't walking in these experiences. BELIEVERS do not FELLOWSHIP with other Believers who have walked down this path.

What made the experience of listening to Face to Face with God the most enjoyable?

I had a "face to face" experience with God at camp as a fifteen year old girl and have wondered what to do with it for 45 years! Bill Johnson's own experience and study have brought him to a place where he can guide others like me to understand the significance of such an Encounter, the meaning and how we should then live in Christ Jesus.

As an avid listener to Bill Johnson's teaching and preaching, Arthur Morey's voice captured the cadence and emphasis of Bill Johnson in all the right places, which is vital to the author and his intended listener.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I didn't want to put it down...I didn't put it down-- I fell asleep listening to it; I finished the book and I'm going to start all over again.

I wish all of my books were on Audiobooks, and I'm so happy I made this discovery!

WOW! so practical , yet so deep!

Once again simple truth conveyed in such an amazing manner. Bill Johnson's words come from a life of Living in His presence., and that becomes very obvious as you listen .

An excellent perpective.

If your hungry for more of God this book will help. I have been on a journey since May of 2014 for more of His Presence in my life. Bill Johnson has added some amazing thought for my journey. Thank you, Mr. Johnson.

No candy coated, cake baked Christianity here!

Not often do I finish a nonfiction audiobook, but this was certainly an exception! I'm going to buy the hard copy of this and really delve into it. It's that good!

Great Material, but Narrator was too mellow

I always learn, am challenged, and fully enjoy Bill Johnson's books and teaching. I wish Audible had more of his books available.

What aspect of Arthur Morey’s performance would you have changed?

Arthur Morey has a great voice, but it has a soothing quality to it, which is great for some stories, but I often felt like I missed some major points because I was so lulled by the sound of the voice I was missed the significance of what was being said.

Any additional comments?

I'd prefer to listen to Bill's books read by someone with more animation, vocally stressing main points. But I would listen to Arthur Morey in other types of books.

as a person yearning for more knowledge of who God wants me to be this audiobook really helped not only answer questions but put things in perspective from the times in the Bible two times of the present day
