I feel like this can make the difference for me!

I’ve tried so many different things when it comes to losing weight. I’ve tried counting calories and a whole list of other diets out there but none of them have worked well for me. I feel like this hit different because it’s helping me unroot the deep subconscious beliefs I’ve held for so long.

I believe!

I listened to this with a friend of mine who had gastric bypass a year-and-a-half ago. It's psychologically so interesting, and I do really believe that you have to bathe yourself in positive vibes to stay positive.
Lovely production and the narrator is awesome.

I Didn’t Think It Would Work

I’ve tried many different ways to lose weight, but none was as effective or painless as this audiobook. So I was skeptical about the whole hypnosis angle at first.

But I was surprised that I did feel my cravings start to go down after a day or two. I found myself doing less emotional eating (the fridge door stayed closed at night!). The affirmations really did something for my self image.

In the end, it definitely won me over. Only time will tell what the ultimate effect will be on my waist line, but fingers crossed, I will also have a great success story to tell in no time.

In any case, I can heartily recommend this audiobook. For the time and effort it takes to do calorie counting or trying to fit in extra cardio sessions at the gym, this technique is much easier and surprisingly effective!
