About this listen

Can a shattered heart risk a second chance at love?

Happiness evades my everyday life despite time passing. My heart hasn’t healed. It can’t. Not after all I lost.

When I meet Rowan, I savor the light he brings into my life. His patience, sense of humor, and understanding chase away the shadows of sorrow I carry from my past. It’s easy to fall for him.

But grief still lingers, a constant reminder of how I could drown under the pain of loving and losing someone again.

Opening my heart to Rowan will take more than love. It will take courage. Can I let go of the past and fight for my happily ever after?

This second-chance romance is based on the author’s real life and for fans of More with You; this is the continuation of the emotional story, and the HEA, you’ve been waiting for. This can be listened to as a stand-alone.

The Happy ending she deserved.

I’m here shedding happy tears after finishing this tragically yet beautiful story. How Summer navigated her life of post traumas not only her overall life but losing the person she loved the most right at the moment where they were supposed to begin one and living in the what if ?mindset. I’m so glad she was able to find her second chance in life and her happy ending.it all wrapped up the way I’m sure how the actual writer started her story writing about these two beautiful life based stories. Thank you Erin and the narrators.🫶🏼

Sweet, emotional and heartfelt!

I’m evermore with all the feels with this duet. I was 100% in love with Summer’s love story in “More with You” and I could not hold in my excitement when this story was announced. “Evermore with You” is a sweet, emotion filled and heartfelt second chance romance after losing your first love.

It’s been two years since Summer lost Ben and she’s living day to day as best as she can. Still very much involved in Ben’s daughter’s life, Grace, and she meets Lindsey’s brother, Rowan. When her heart starts to beat again and she finds herself attracted to him, she feels like she’s betraying Ben. But as the two spend time together, her soul starts to heal and she realizes it’s okay to move on and be happy.

Oh my heart, I have been so invested in this story and I’m so happy that Summer got her happy ending. Erin Spencer wrote such a beautiful story based on her actual life and her hope and vulnerabilities shined through with her writing. The story has happy moments, sad moments and moments that made my heart feel so full. I loved going on this journey with Summer and Rowan was the second chance she needed and deserved. Rowan’s POV chapters were so beautiful and brought so much insight to their love story.

Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke narrated this story and brought the story to life so beautifully. Ava was perfect as Summer and I could listen to her all day bringing such amazing stories to life. Jason was swoony and made me love Rowan so much. They embodied Summer and Rowan perfectly and this duet will be a relisten for me for many years to come.

The Narration

Enjoyed It. I was happy she found a second love. I hate cliff hangers. Glad I was able to go straight into the second book, which is this book.

I think this was one of Jason Clark's best performances. Ava was good also.

So Dang Good

Holy crap this author is amazing. This book is just as good as More With You, if not better. I really liked the conversation Summer had with Sybil. Be prepared to ugly cry, I sure did. I love Erin Spencer's writing, I need to look at her other books. I like Summer and Rowan so much, I hope I there's another book with them but I am doubting it. The narrators did such a good job with these characters. Ok now when are the movies for these books coming out?

The happily ever after we all desperately need!!

Evermore with You is book 2 of the More With You Duet, and it is everything I needed it to be to mend my heart after the powerfully emotional experience of book 1 (Kleenex warning). You definitely need to read these books in order. Erin Spencer has masterfully written this continuing beautiful story full of finding the power to heal after great tragedy, and to even find great love again. What happened in book 1 smashed my heart into tiny pieces and then stomped on it…and it was beautifully done. I cried and hugged Erin while giving her a hard time for smashing my heart with book 1. Book 2 puts it back together again.

This is the happily ever after we all desperately need after the tragic loss in book 1. When Summer meets Rowan she struggles to get beyond her grief and loss to recognize the incredible opportunity for love with a wonderfully patient man who is also handsome, kind, and just plain beautiful inside and out. Rowan has been warned to leave her alone, so there is that forbidden aspect that adds another layer to their budding relationship. It’s sweet, romantic, beautifully written, and masterfully performed so as to elicit all of the feels!

Jason Clarke and Ava Erickson are a narration dream team! Jason makes it impossible to not fall in love with Rowan and his beautiful personality and heart. They both do an amazing job with characters of all ages, genders, and personalities. Performances were emotionally charged, beautiful, and just plain perfection. Excellent casting, acting, editing, and production. This book was everything I needed it to be!

An emotional book and a wonderful listen

To say that this book took you on an emotional journey is an understatement. Evermore with You by Erin Spencer is simply riveting, It is moves from uplifting to heartbreaking to emotional and beautiful.

Evermore with You is the follow-up to More with You, which is where we first meet Summer. Here, Summer finds her happily ever after with Rowan, but a lot of emotional healing and growth needs to occur for Summer to truly embrace her second chance at an enduring love.

This was a truly emotional audiobook, made all the better by two world-class narrators, Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke. Their performances are raw, passionate and full of emotion and compassion for the characters that they have embodied.

Emotionally Charged

Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke’s incredible narration transported me into this place filled with loss and hope. Can you listen to this book on its own? Yes, but I promise you it’s so much better if you’ve listened to More With you first. This story is everything. It’s raw and real and just when I think my heart will forever be lodged in my throat it takes a turn and I can exhale. “Live big, love bigger.”

The HEA We All Needed!

Evermore With You is the emotional and poignant second chance romance follow up to Erin Spencer's More With You. While this book could be a standalone, it is so much more meaningful if you've read or listened to the first book. Our hearts broke with More With You, but they were put back together with Evermore With You.

This book takes place two years later and we find that Summer, while still grieving the loss of Ben, is ready to move on. She meets Rowan, who she unexpectedly feels a connection worth exploring with. In doing this, she needs to close the chapter on Ben which, as a listener who cannot relate, was truly heartbreaking. Rowan is patient and understanding about where Summer is at and is ready to share space in her heart with the memory of Ben.

Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke narrate as Summer and Rowan. I don't know what it is about listening to Ava, but she brings out the beauty and emotion in every story. Jason is so good as Rowan and brings out his awkwardness with such charm. They were so good together and I highly recommend listening to the book!

I received a free copy of this audiobook at my request, and I voluntarily provided this review.

Live Big, Love Bigger

This book is beyond words. The narrators were so perfect and truly had you feeling like you were right there. I absolutely love this second chance at love romance. I laughed, cried and wanted to scream. My heart broke knowing this book is based on real life events. My gosh, how can life throw so many curve balls at one person and her still be strong and push through... Summer has gone through so much and is still trying to heal after so much loss. She then runs into Rowan and there is an instant attraction on both sides. These two decide to give it a only to have to navigate their own unfortunate events to get their HEA. What a beautiful HEA it is. This book shows time, patience and the love of good people can help a person heal. This is one of those books I will never forget.

I was sent a free book and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
