Loved it !

So caught up in the lives of Eve & Joe!!! I Can't put 'em down!

Worst narration ever!

The book was solid but the narrator's female voices sounded very old and the male voices sounded nerdish. Love this author though!

eve doesn't think

eve is thoughtless and jumps to conclusions and for some reason thinks is capable as Joe or smarter. then she almost gets people killed that is busy protecting her from herself. I wish iris johansen would have made her smarter and understand her limitations

Not my favorite

This book spent a lot of time revisiting Eve’s time as a teenager. Was ok but not what I expected or was needed for the story line. Also the ending was blah. I know this is a series and I am listening to the series but I dislike it when the books do not have any closure at the end.

Breathtaking

Wow, what a ride. That first sensual kiss, the forbidden time together, the bad boy John. The way Iris has written about the time they spent together was so completely sensual and enthralling. I have waited so very long for Eve to get this close to the monster that started it all. I listened while I drove, I listened while I worked, I listened while I walked I listen all the time. It was Brilliant. Thank You Iris

Loved that I got a look into Eve's life and how she evolved. I have read the series for years and finaly got some questions answered.

Fun to get the background on Eve

Fun to get the background on Eve. John Gallo will be interesting. Always enjoy narration by Jennifer Van Dyck.

Not the best work

Is there anything you would change about this book?

They mention her daughter over 100 times to the point you don't want to hear the name Bonnie. First part of book is very slow and I don't really think it is necessary to take several chapters to cover her childhood indiscressions.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Love these books!! Have read all the others. First listen. Not wild about the narrator but not too bad. Can't wait to finish the series. Top notch stuff
