En Calma ha sido un recurso increíble para mí. Mejora tu confianza en ti mismo
El mensaje de este audiolibro me resultó conmovedor y extremadamente útil. Aunque soy un poco lento para entender el español, la información me resultó muy útil para cualquiera que sufra de nerviosismo o ansiedad en situaciones sociales. El autor escribe sobre cómo superar la incomodidad en grupos grandes e incluso en situaciones más pequeñas.
