About this listen

Do you want to improve your social skills, increase your EQ, and master your emotions? Here’s a 21-day plan that will help you.

Having a high emotional quotient (also known as EQ) might seem like some vague nonsense, but the truth is that it actually gives you a great advantage in life.

Sure, the EQ is just a measure of the ability of understanding and managing emotions, but in practice your increased emotional intelligence can manifest in many forms: decreased stress levels, fewer problems occurring in your day-to-day life, better self-control and self-esteem, a better social life, and improved social interactions.

In this book, you’ll find a 21-day plan that will actually help you improve your social skills and master your emotions in less than a month.

Each day you’ll find a task to complete that has been specifically designed to help you do three things: develop empathy, improve your social skills, and increase your emotional intelligence and EQ to become a better version of yourself.

Inside Emotional Intelligence Mastery, discover:

  • A complete 21-day plan to help you increase your EQ, improve your social skills, and master your emotions
  • How to detect, handle, and express emotions in a positive way
  • The number one technique to develop self-confidence (many people don’t know this)
  • Practical tips to recognize and solve potential conflicts before they arise
  • 3 methods to form positive and meaningful bonds with the people in your life
  • This little known skill you should master if you want to increase your level of emotional intelligence
  • 21 daily tasks specifically designed to help you improve your social skills and increase your EQ

Learn how to improve your social skills and increase your EQ!

Repetitive

struggled to listen all the way through. Every chapter reviewed every previous chapter almost verbatim. Became difficult to continue to listen.

Seems good but didn’t hold my attention

I seems like a good book to follow. I like the idea of the 21-day plan. However, I found it challenging to keep listening. I needed to break it up as my mind often wonders off. I tried to listen more than twice and I just grew uninterested. Not sure if it was just my state at the moment, or if it was the reading or the content,. There are some repetitiveness as well. I will maybe try to listen again, after some time. And I will update this review if anything changes. I am grateful to be given this free review copy audiobook at my request, and have voluntarily left this review. All the best!
