Great Support for Going Through Menopause
This audiobook is well put together and thought out. I absolutely love the music and found it a very thoughtful detail that set the tone for stories that were going to be shared. I really liked and related tot he this audiobook because it acknowledged what my body is going through, including some of the whacky physical symptoms, and offered solid advice and reminders to care for myself and say in a good headspace. I think that , more than anything else, really sets this audiobook above its competitors. The hormonal rollercoaster does not have to win, the power of staying focused, healthy , balanced and happy is immense and can be harnessed to our advantage. Thanks to this audiobook I felt very motivated to commit to taking care of myself and eating better during this transition!

Heart-to-heart help
This book made me feel like I was listening to a close friend pour out her experiences and findings about a life-changing phase that touches all women. While menopause is a phase that I have not yet entered, I feel equipped to prepare myself for when the time comes. It doesn't feel as scary as it felt before. I also feel more empathetic for friends and acquaintances going through this phase.

I really loved this audio, it is so helpful in explaining all the symptoms of menopause and medications as well as over the counter help that is available. This audio teaches patience with ones self to endure this inevitable circumstance that will touch all women at some point in their lives. The author gives examples of experiences of their own and offers insight as to making sure that these symptoms are thoroughly understood and addressed properly by a medical professional.
